Reagents Unsuitable
for SUS316
Phosphoric acid
Sodium phosphate
Acetic acid
Ammonium citrate
Ammonium nitrate
Citric acid
Butyric acid
Sodium nitrate
Disodium phosphate
Ammonium formate
Ammonium perchlorate
Ammonium phosphate
Boric acid
Formic acid (up to pH3)
Hydrochloric acid (up to
pH3)
Potassium nitrate
Sodium
hydrogencarbonate
Sodium carbonate
Ammonium chloride

Note 1
:
Max. concentration of
above reagents
should be 5-6%.
Note 2
:
When the above
reagents have been
used necessarily,
wash all the flow
paths with distilled
water completely
without fail.
Do not use reagents that corrode SUS316 though they are not
shown in the table above. If viscosity of solvent is high,
pumping is impossible. Be careful.
