4.3.2 Periodic
Maintenance/Checkup
For ensuring reliable routine operations through prevention of a
trouble, periodic checkup must be carried out, referring to Table
4-1. This table lists the items of periodic maintenance/checkup.

life by checking for significant
baseline fluctuations
(excessive drift or noise).

bright lines at 486 and 656 nm of
