Input Numeral Function
1 OFFSET : Set an offset.
2 TIME CONSTANT : Set a time constant.
3 USE PROG : Select or avoid use of a time
program.
4 POLARITY : Select either polarity.
5 OTHERS : Other setting than above.
3.2.1 Setting the Offset
The offset is a set input signal value that is added to the actually
measured value for output.
