ERROR
PRESS “CL” KEY TO TURN
ON
All lamps go off for lamp
overheat prevention
because cooling fan has
stopped.
1) Press the CL key and light the
lamps by UTILITY function.
2) Contact the maintenance service
company authorized by Hitachi
High-Technologies.
LAMP OFF BY EXTERNAL
INPUT
PRESS “CL” KEY TO TURN
ON
Lamp goes off in
response to external
contact input.
1) Press the CL key and light the
lamp again.
LAMP OFF BY LEAKAGE
PRESS “CL” KEY TO CLEAR
MESSAGE
Liquid has leaked.
1) Eliminate the cause of liquid leak
and wipe off the leaked liquid.
2) Clear the message by CL key.
3) Light the lamp by UTILITY
function.
NO SPECTRA
PRESS “CL” KEY TO CLEAR
MESSAGE
Spectrum to be output
does not exist.
1) Clear the message by CL key.
2) Specify the number of a spectrum
that exists.
3) Acquire the spectrum.
COLLECT “BACK GROUND”
SPECTRUM FIRST
PRESS “CL” KEY TO CLEAR
MESSAGE
Background spectrum
has not been acquired.
1) Clear the message by CL key.
2) Acquire background spectrum.
DATA BUFFER OVERFLOW
PRESS “CL” KEY TO CLEAR
MESSAGE
During data acquisition,
data transmission to
interface board has
become impossible and
data buffer is overflowed.
1) Clear the message by CL key.
2) Confirm connection with the
interface board.
Hg LAMP ERROR
PRESS “CL” KEY TO CLEAR

Hg lamp goes off though
unintended or does not
come on.
1) Clear the message by CL key.
2) Turn on power supply again.
3) Renew the Hg lamp.
ADC INITIALIZE ERROR
Error has occurred during
ADC initialization.
1) Clear the message by CL key.
2) Turn on power supply again.
3) Contact the maintenance service
company authorized by Hitachi
High-Technologies.
ADC ERROR
Data transmission from
ADC is interrupted.
1) Turn on power supply again.
2) Contact the nearest maintenance
service company authorized by
Hitachi High-Technologies.
DAC ERROR
Data transmission to
DAC is interrupted.
1) Turn on power supply again.
2) Contact the nearest maintenance
service company authorized by
Hitachi High-Technologies.
A/Z OVER RANGE
PRESS “CL” KEY TO CLEAR
MESSAGE
Auto zero is specified in
excess of allowable
range.
1) Clear the message by CL key.
2) Change wavelength.
3) Replace solvent with a proper one.
4) Clean flow cell.
An error message will be displayed with the alarm buzzer sounding.
