In execution of a sequential program, it is terminated without
indication of “NO TUBE” on the UI pad. (In cases where ALL
END OUT is set to “1” (YES), the ALL END processing is
carried out.) Only in cases where ALL END OUT is set to “1”
(YES) and ERROR OUT is set to “1” (ENABLE), the ERROR
OUT signal is output.
(continued)
In execution of the TUBE command or under the control of the
chromatography data station, “NO TUBE” is indicated on the
UI pad. Note, however, that the ERROR OUT signal is not
output in this case (the BUSY OUT signal is output)
regardless of the current settings on the autosampler.

Select “ENABLE” for issuing ERROR OUT at occurrence
of an error or “DISABLE” for avoiding it. In case of
“ENABLE,” ERROR OUT will be issued if a mechanism
error or an error on thermostat control is detected (Refer
to 4.5). And ERROR OUT will be issued when liquid
leak has occurred.

A sample can be injected in a volume determined by
multiplying the injection volume set in a sequential
program with the injection volume correction factor (INJ
VOL FACTOR).
Actual injection volume =
injection volume set in sequential program
×
injection volume correction factor
e.g.) 10 µL injection volume set in sequential program
1.2 injection volume correction factor
10 µL x 1.2 = 12 µL
12 µL of injection is executed.
