5.10 Parts Replacement for the Auto Purge Valve
After long use, the packings in the discharge valve and the
suction valve may be damaged and cause leaks. If the leaks
persist after retightening with a wrench, you must replace the
packing.

Auto purge valve rotor seal (P/N: 893-0902)
Auto purge valve stator
(P/N: 893-0903)
(1) Remove tubes (a tube for the autosampler, a drain tube,
tube from the pressure sensor) connected to the injection
valve with the double-end wrench (1/4 inch).
NOTE
: Avoid loosing the screw cap. It may cause
performance degradation or a short duration of life
(2) Remove stator lock nuts (3 pcs) with the hexagon wrench.
And remove the injection valve stator.
(3) Pull out the auto purge valve seal with both hands.
