4.1 How to Check the Specifications and Performance

NOTE : In cases where a non-specified temperature
sensor is used as a substitute for the specified
one, be sure to measure a surface temperature in
the vicinity of the groove of the preheat base.
If any other temperature is measured, accurate
temperature data may not be attained.
(3) Attach the inside cover. And before closing the front door of
the column oven, run the wires of the temperature sensor
through the piping connection opening.
(4) Set the terminal of the thermocouple to the thermometer,
and set the column oven temperature to 40
°
C.
(5) When the column oven temperature indication has
stabilized, measure the thermocouple temperature.
Specification: Difference between temperature measured by
thermocouple and the column oven temperature
indication should be within
±
1.0
°
C.
