Conditioning time
During the conditioning time, liquid is delivered under the
initial condition of execution step (program No. 2 in this
example).

Liquid is delivered in the initial status (initial condition of
program No. 2 in this example).

When “start” is input in the initial status, gradient elution
(program No. 2 in this example) will start.
