Cool air comes out only at
high speed
Condenser clogged
Check condenser referring to “Condenser
Assembly Inspection”.
Insufficient charge of refrigerant
Check amount of refrigerant charged.
Air in A/C system
Replace desiccant, and perform evacuation
and charging.
Compressor drive belt loosen or broken
Replace compressor drive belt.
Compressor faulty
Check compressor.
Cool air does not come
out only at high speed
Excessive charge of refrigerant
Check amount of refrigerant charged.
A/C evaporator frosted
Check A/C evaporator and A/C evaporator
outlet air temperature sensor referring to “A/C
Evaporator Inspection” and “A/C Evaporator
Inlet and Outlet Air Temperature Sensors
Inspection”.
Insufficient velocity of
cooled air
A/C evaporator clogged or frosted
Check A/C evaporator and A/C evaporator
outlet air temperature sensor referring to “A/C
Evaporator Inspection” and “A/C Evaporator
Inlet and Outlet Air Temperature Sensors
Inspection”.
Air leaking from cooling unit or air duct
Repair as necessary.
