UAF0IIR is a special function register (SFR) used to indicate the UART state in interrupt transmit/receive
operations.
UAF0IIR stores information indicating that an interrupt with a certain priority level is pending, along with the
type of that interrupt. IIR indicates the interrupt with the highest priority level that is pending.
