Auto mode
Even if the capture is performed once, the data of EA and EB is
overwritten (updated) when the next capture is performed.
When the counter goes round, it restarts from 0.

Single mode
Once captured into EA or EB, the next capture is not performed
before read.
When the counter goes round, it stops.

When using the One-shot mode / Single mode, set to “1” FTnIEP of FTnINTE register
always.

Sets the output state when FTMn stops.

If restarted without clearing the counter, it is L until the next period.
