The range of the data transferred from the CPU Unit is checked. If the data
is within range, it is moved to the specified addresses. If the data is not
within range, the data is not moved, the Error Flag (CIO n+10/n+18 bit 14)
is turned ON, and the error code is output to CIO n+11/n+19.

CS1W-MC421: 0000 to 005B hex (unit No. 0 to 91)
CS1W-MC221: 0000 to 005D hex (unit No. 0 to 93)
