Origin Search Operations

Reverse-mode Origin Search 4
This origin search is performed with both phase-Z detection direction and ini-
tial origin search direction set to CW with no origin proximity signal input.
Note
1.
Reverse operation will start after the movement is stopped by a counter
pulse or decelerated to a stop according to the limit signal input.
2.
This operation will occur when the initial origin search direction is opposite
to the phase-Z detection direction.
