Meaning:
The remote device is not receiving the signal from the local device.
Action:
Check the E-1 cable at the local end of the connection. If it is
securely connected and everything else appears operational, contact
your carrier.

LP “n” LIC “n” Receive Loss of Sync condition Cleared

Meaning:
The situation that caused alarm 650 has been fixed. However, the E-
1 connection will not be operational if any of alarms 650–652 has
been set but not cleared.
