% Receive port util
is the ratio of non-flag characters to total characters being
received by the port.
% Transmit port util
is the ratio of non-flag characters to total characters being
transmitted by the port.
Frame-level Statistics
Frame-level statistics are X.25 or frame relay depending on whether the port is
configured for frame relay) level 2 statistics (per second, multiplied by 10).
