Pressing
[F2]
will display the next port, and pressing
[F1]
will display the previous port
(if there is one). Pressing
[F2]
at the display for the last port in the node will display
the first port in the list.
Disconnect Calls
To abort all calls on this port, press
[A].
(You will be asked to verify the selection.)
If you do this to a trunk port without first disabling the remote end, the
remote port will attempt to re-establish the connection.
Modem Interactive Mode
To send data to the modem, press
[B]
. (If there is a call in progress, you will be
prompted to disconnect the call. Do this in “Disconnect Calls.”) You will be prompted
for a command. Enter the data; it will be sent to the modem. From here, you can check
such things as the performance of the modem or a new INI string.
If a modem in interactive mode receives a call, it will automatically exit
interactive mode.
To clear the screen, press
[F4]
.
To exit interactive mode:
1. Press
[F3]
.
2. When asked:
Exit Interactive Mode?
, type
y [Enter]
.
3. When asked:
Initialize Modem Port?
, type
y [Enter]
or
n [Enter]
.
