Producing a Group Send Report
A Group Send report is really two reports in one. The first part lists the subscribers
that belong to each defined Group Send group. The rest of the report lists the Group
Send groups to which each subscriber belongs. The information in this report consists
of the information in the Group Send file and the Group Name file.
Press [H] at the Reports Menu (or [G], [H] from the Main Menu.
When prompted: Display Opt. P or F :

To print the report, type p [Enter] . The report will be sent to the printer, and a
Report Menu will be displayed.

To save the report to a file, type f [Enter] . When prompted for a file specification,
enter a file name for the report. You will see: Report generation in progress .
Press [F3] to return to the Main Menu.
Configuring Telephone Numbers
The Telephone Number file contains telephone numbers for any dial-up subscribers
on the network (if the network is equipped with supported auto-dial hardware). Tele-
phone numbers are used to place calls to other subscribers.
Press [H] at the Connections and Routing Paths Configuration Menu (or [A], [F], [H]
from the Main Menu.) When prompted, enter:

Telephone number: 1–12 digits.

Any other requested information, noting the values in Table 10-4 . (Press [Enter]
at a prompt to specify the default.)
