Meaning:
The PVC has been disconnected using the On–line PVC Delete
operation. The acknowledgment was received after the gcon
program stopped waiting (per operator intervention). The pvcgen
program reported the acknowledgment. The subscriber IDs are not
reported because pvcgen does not have access to them.
