Meaning:
The NMP support task responded to a watchdog timer request, but
could not forward the message to the watchdog task, so node “n” or
its NMP (if a node with attached NMP) is down.
Action:
Restart the NMP/node.

NMP I/O failure at Node “n”
Severity:
3
Meaning:
The NMP support task could not respond to a watchdog timer
request, so it forwarded the message to the watchdog task. However,
the watchdog task did not respond, probably because it could not be
loaded from the disk, and node “n” (or its NMP (if a node with
attached NMP) is down.
Action:
Restart the node/NMP.
