Pressing
[F2]
will display the next-higher-numbered RLP in the specified
node, or the lowest-numbered RLP if the displayed RLP is already the
highest.
Pressing
[F4]
will reset the
MAX
(maximum) values to the
CURR
(current)
values.
Information in this Display
Percentage of buffers
is self-explanatory.
in use
Number of queued
is the total number of frames queued on the RLP.
messages
Received frames
is the number of frames received on the RLP per second over
per sec (*10)
the five-second reporting interval, multiplied by 10.
Transmitted frames
is the number of frames transmitted by the RLP per second
per sec (*10)
over the five-second reporting interval, multiplied by 10.
Rejected frames
is the number of frames rejected by the RLP per second over
per sec (*10)
the five-second reporting interval, multiplied by 10.
Retransmitted frames
is the number of frames retransmitted by the RLP per second
per sec (*10)
over the five-second reporting interval, multiplied by 10.
If the value is consistently greater than zero and there are no
other problems, you should increase the
T1
timer
(
Retransmission Period
) in the Port record.
