[F3] – Environs
Help

at port level – a diagram of the RS-232 line interface, plus color

Return
(default) returns you to the next higher level in the network
display. (At network level, exits Status Display and returns you to
the Main Menu.)
Exit
exits Graphics and returns you to the Main Menu.
Cancel
exits this pull-down menu and returns you to the choices at the top
of the screen.
[F4] – Operations
Selecting this item displays a pull-down menu whose choices depend on the cursor
location and/or the current network level (i.e., network, subnet, node, LP, port). All
options on this pull-down menu are listed below.
Clear Max Stats
(all except async PAD ports; default for LP.) At port level,
performs the operation; at LP and node levels, displays the
choices: Nodes/LPs/Ports, LPs/Ports, and LPs. Making a
selection sets the appropriate maximum statistic values to
0
.

Enable
(port only) enables the port.
Disable
(port only) disables the port. (When asked:

Re-IPL
(node only) restarts the node.
Rollover Acct
backs up the call accounting file. (See
page 18-16
.)
Upd Net Parms
(subnet, node; default for subnet) updates the network defaults.

HotNode Status
is not supported in the current FRX8000 release.
Cancel
(all; default for port) leaves this pull-down menu and returns you
to the choices at the top of the screen.
[F5] – Next
Selecting this item (when present) displays the next group of ports.
