Meaning: An operator at an INM or NMP has released remote control of
another FRX node connected to the network via the specified LP and
port in the remote node.

Meaning: A remote control connection to the specified LP and port in another
FRX node was cleared, with the specified cause code (cc) and diag-
nostic code (dc). (See
