QC:
Description:
Use this screen to edit QC results and add comments. Result data can be displayed in two ways:
by individual sample and by individual test. Edited QC will have an “e” flag next to the result.
Deleted QC will have a "d" flag next to the result.
Caution
The QC data edit screen permits the operator to modify the analysis results obtained. In order to
reduce the possibility of an incorrect diagnosis because of modified quality control data, follow specific
laboratory protocols and procedures for editing results.
Tip
When editing the QC data is complete, the day-to-day data are automatically calculated and stored in
the QC day-to-day cumulative value data file.
Index: Select the index (date/time) from the pull-down menu.
Test Name: Select a test number and name from the pull-down menu.
QC Sample No.: Set the sample number range within the range specified in parenthesis. Enter
an asterisk (*) to select all samples, or enter a space for no selection.
