The following table lists consumable items and the consumption rate based on the number of 

samples analyzed (the frequency of analysis).

Types of Consumables and the Consumption Rate

Tips

The ISE buffer, MID and REF solutions mentioned above are required for ISE operation.  The solutions 

are used during analysis, when performing periodic priming, and priming before analysis.  The amount 

of reagent used differs depending on the number of samples analyzed.  The standards listed in the table 

above are values calculated under the assumption that normal, routine work is being performed on the 

analyzer.
