Description:
Use this screen to determine which maintenance items are to be performed and if periodic
maintenance was executed on time. Use function key F4 (grid display) to display maintenance
in a table format.
No.:
Provides a number for the part listed.
Maintenance:
Displays the name of the maintenance item.
Period:
Displays the maintenance period in terms of days, weeks, months, and years.
Executed:
Displays the last date that the maintenance was performed.
Next:
Displays the date that maintenance is due.
Maintenance No.:
Displays the maintenance number to be edited. Use the </> button to
change the number.
Maintenance Name:
Type a name using 18 characters or less.
Period:
Set the maintenance period within the following range: Days - 1 to 1000, Weeks - 1 to
2500, Months - 1 to 600, Years - 1 to 50.
Period Unit:
Set the maintenance period in terms of days, weeks, months or years, using the
pull-down menu.
