3. Use your mouse to select a test number.
4. Press function key F5 (edit).
5. Enter a test name (20 characters max.). The arrow keys can be used to select test names
sequentially for editing.
6. Repeat steps 3 through 5 for each test name you want to change, then select "Close."
7. After the entry is complete, press function key F2 (exit) twice.
The user-defined test
name(s) are saved.
"Reagent ID" tab (Select a reagent ID):
Manufacturer codes and test codes used for each analysis test can be set as reagent IDs.
1. In the [Test Name] screen, select the "Reagent ID" tab. The [Reagent ID] screen is
displayed.
2. Press function key F4 (set).
3. Use your mouse to select a test.
4. Press function key F5 (edit).
5. Enter a “Test code” and select "Close." (The reagent ID can be found on the
methodology sheet. It is also the first 3 numbers of the barcode located on the reagent
bottle.)
6. Repeat steps 3 through 5 for each analysis test to be set or use the arrow keys to
sequentially page through tests for editing.
7. After the entry is complete, press function key F2 (exit) twice. The reagent IDs are
saved.
"Calculated Tests" tab (Program a calculated test):
For procedures, refer to [Parameters], [Inter-related Tests], [Calculated Tests] located in
this chapter.
"Multi-Reagent Switch" tab (Select a multi-reagent item):
The multi-reagent tab is used to select reagents that will automatically calibrate new R1 & R2
simultaneously. If this screen is not used, new R1 will be calibrated with old R2, or old R1 will
be calibrated with new R2 (depending on which bottle is empty first). For more information,
refer to "Programming a New Test" located in the Basic Operations Chapter.
"Use Cuvette" tab:
The use cuvette tab displays the names of tests and the cuvette side used by that test.
Print settings:
1. In the [Test Name] screen press function key F3 (print).
A window to start printing is
displayed.
2. Select “OK.” Printing begins.
