Description:
This screen displays a list of alarms. A maximum of 4096 alarms can be displayed. Use this
menu to determine recent or common alarms. The most recent alarms are displayed at the top
of the list. To view detailed information about an alarm, highlight the alarm then press function
key F6 (Display Help). The alarm help screen will display.
Use this software screen to:
Display the alarm list:
Select [System Status], [Alarm list]. The [Alarm list] screen is displayed. In this screen, the
alarms that occurred on the current system date are displayed. To view an alarm list on another
date, use the arrow buttons next to the date field on screen.
Period: Displays the most current date and the oldest date that an alarm occurred.
Date: Displays the most current date that an alarm was logged.
< and > buttons: Switches the date being displayed. The keyboard can also be used. Shift+
Page Dow<button, Shift + Page Up = > button.
Alarm Message: Lists alarm messages from the latest to the oldest.
Time: Lists the time that the alarm was generated from the latest to the oldest.
F3: Print, (Print an alarm list):
1. In the [Alarm list] screen press function key F3 (print).
A window to select the print
range is displayed.
2. Select either “Displayed Date” or “All Date” and select “OK.”
Printing begins. To stop
printing, select “CANCEL.”
