Description:
This screen defines how a report is formatted, what information is included and its position on
the page. The locations are set in X (horizontal) and Y (vertical) coordinates. The layout of the
page is also defined here. Up to five different user defined reports can be formatted.
Use this software screen to:
Format a report:
1. Select [Parameters], [Format], [Report Format]. (Common Tab) Select function key F4
(set).
Report Name:
Enter the name of the formal report.
Sheet Type: Enter a number between 1 and 4. There are four possible sheet [1]types.
Change Page: Select the check box to print one report per page. [

Page Width: enter 80 for 8 1/2 by 11" paper maximum width. [80]
Sheet Type 1: Maximum column is 80, line 66.
Sheet Type 2: Maximum column is 40, line 66.
Sheet Type 3: Maximum column is 26, line 66.
Sheet Type 4: Maximum column is 20, line 66.
Page Length : Enter a value between 1 and 66. (66 is the maximum paper length). [66]
Test Name: Select abbreviated, user (full), or none (no test names will print) [Abr.]
using the pull-down menu by this field.
Result Print:
Set to [Fix] to print all test names in established coordinates on the page.
Set to [Seq.] to print only the test names that were requisitioned on a sample without any
blank space between test names. Use the pull-down menu to make a selection.
Data Format: Set data field at 6 or 9 digits [6]
