ISE Maintenance Required Every Three Months
Replace the Mixture and Mid-Standard pump roller tubing. •
Replace the Pinch Valve tubing. •
As Needed Analyzer Maintenance
Replace or Clean Individual Cuvettes. •
Clean Cuvettes and the Cuvette Wheel (Part of 6 month PM). •
Replace the Sample and Reagent Probes. •
Replace Mix Bars. •
Replace the Wash Nozzle Joint Tubes. •
Replace Sample, Reagent, and ISE (Buffer) Syringes. •
Replace the Deionized-Water Filter (Part of 6 month PM). •
Replace the Sample Probe Filter (Part of 6 month PM). •
Replace the Photometer Lamp (Part of 6 month PM). •
Perform a W1 procedure. •
Clean Air Filters (Part of 6 month PM). •
Clean belts and rack transport areas. •
Sonicate the sample probes. •
Clean the mix bars. •
Clean or replace the static discharge brushes. •
As Needed ISE Maintenance
Replace the reference electrode. •
Add reference electrode solution. •
Replace reagents. •
Replace the Na, K, and Cl electrodes. •
Replace the ISE reagent (buffer) syringe. •
ISE Cleaning (Manual) procedure. •
