Indicates the quantities of the buffer, MID-standard, and REF solutions.

“Result Cal” tab (Display calibration results):
Select [System Status], [ISE Status] “Result Cal” tab. The following appears:
Sample Type
Displays one of the sample types (serum, urine, or other). To change types select function
key F8 (type change).
ISE Status
Displays an ISE operation mode.
Electrode Status
Displays whether the slope is in range or out of range.
ISE Reagent Status
Indicates the status of the buffer, mid-standard, and reference solution.
Date/Time
Displays the date and time the calibration was executed.
Slopes of Na, K, and Cl
Indicates the calibration slopes for Na, K, and Cl. Slope values must be between 38 and 68
(Cl negative) to be in-range. Slopes out-of-range will be highlighted in yellow.
MID SOL. factor
This is a value which is obtained based on the concentration of the MID standard to establish
a reference for measuring Na, K, and Cl ion concentrations. Factors out-of-range will be
highlighted in yellow.
“Slope Chart” tab (Display a slope chart):
Slope values obtained from calibration can be viewed by selecting the “slope chart” tab. The
ten most recent slope values will display. Slope charts of Na, K, and Cl are identified by their
specific color.
Also, the display range lies in a normal range (38 to 68, Cl is negative). (Na=yellow, K=red,
C1=blue) The maximum and minimum slope value of Na, K, and Cl are displayed to the right
of the chart.
