Display a calibration curve:
To display the date, time, and a graph of the calibration for each analysis test, select a test.
To display other information, click on a chemistry and the following operations can be
performed:
Display a calibration of another test
Use the pull-down menu or click on the arrow buttons on screen using your mouse.
Display an updated calibration
The “Measured Date” field lists dates and times. Use the pull-down menu to make your
selection.
Select another test for viewing:
While in the [Calibration Curve] screen, click on a chemistry. It is also possible to display
a calibration for an analysis test other than that currently displayed, if another test number is
specified.
1. Press function key F8 (test number).
A window appears.
2. Enter a test number, then press the Enter key.
The test name and the latest calibration of
the specified analysis test will be displayed.
Perform another calculation:
If an update of calibration failed, it is possible to automatically recalculate the factor from
an absorbance based on the calculation formula of calibration. When this recalculation is
performed, the calibration will be properly updated.
1. In the [Calibration Curve] screen, click on a chemistry, select function key F5 (recal.).
A
screen to execute the recalculation will appear.
2. Move the cursor to a point where the update of calibration failed, then update the OD
value and concentration value.
This recalculation can be performed using past analysis
data. To display the previous or present data, use the pull-down menu located by the
“Index Date” field. Modify the OD value and concentration value after referring to the
display.
3. Select the re-cal button.
A window to execute recalculation is displayed.
4. Select “YES” and press the Enter key.
Recalculation starts. After recalculation is
complete, a window to save the result displays.
5. Select “OK.”
The result of recalculation is saved and the calibration is updated. If you
select “Cancel” here, the recalculation will not be saved
