Description:
This screen is used to program data lists. Demographic data and tests can be selected for each
of five forms. Before list options throughout the software can be used, a list must be formatted
in this menu and all tests assigned to print as part of the list. Up to 5 different types of lists can
be formatted for use. Once a list is formatted, only new tests need to be added.
List Name: Use the pull-down menu or the </> buttons to select a data list. The second list
name can be typed (Use no more than 20 characters).
Attribute: Use this field to set the type of list to be printed: work list, pending list, repeat list,
or data list.
Common Format: Select the check box for each item in this column that requires printing.
Tail Information Format: Select the check box for each item in this column that requires
printing.
Sample Information Format: Select the check box for each item in this column that requires
printing.
