No Calibration Data
A calibration was not performed.
No Reagent
This comment appears with “Reagent Short” alarms when the empty or dead volume remains
in a single bottle (sequence 1, no additional bottles). Put on a new bottle of reagent and
perform a reagent volume check. If only one bottle of a test is present, the test volume
diminishes to 0 mL, 0 shots and generates error flag “R” on the data printout. This indicates
there is no more reagent. The test is no longer performed.
No RB Data
A reagent blank was not performed.
No Reagent for Auto ACAL
During automatic ACAL measurement, the quantity of reagent for the automatic ACAL is
insufficient.
No Reagent Information or Unset Reagents
The “Round Number” is incorrect. Select [Routine], [Start Conditions] and verify the round
number selected. If necessary, use the pull-down menu to change the round to 1, 2, or 3.
Onboard Expired
The onboard stability has expired. Put on a new bottle of reagent and perform a reagent
volume check.
Onboard “Overrode”
The onboard stability value was changed in [Parameters], [Specific Test Parameters].
R1 Reagent
The first reagent exists in the second reagent refrigerator.
R2 Reagent
The second reagent exists in the first reagent refrigerator.
R2 Unset or R1 Unset
The R1 or R2 of a reagent is missing or had a reagent ID read error. Select function key F4
(Reagent Setting) to determine what reagent is missing. Load the R1 or R2 and perform a
reagent volume check. Refer to “Reagent ID Read Error” and “Unpaired Reagents.”
R. ID Read Error
A reagent bottle is present, but the barcode cannot be read. Check the label and try the
reagent volume check again. Fix the reagent position and edit the lot number. Perform a
reagent volume check. If the test is R1 only, and the lot number is not entered, results print in
