Maintenance information:
The time of the most recent Photocal and W2 procedure are displayed. In addition, the
date of each procedure and the current date are compared. If the maintenance is overdue
(displayed in the [Periodic Maintenance] screen) the background color of the date of the
procedure will turn yellow.
Error cuvette number list:
A list of defective cuvette numbers will be displayed. A maximum of 165 cuvette numbers
can be displayed in ascending order. The following error types can be identified by the
display color of each cuvette number.
Errors in the cuvette check Green
Errors in the mean check Red
Errors in the base check (absolute check) Blue
If one cuvette has more than one error, the cuvette number will be displayed for each error.
For procedures on performing a photocal, refer to the Maintenance Chapter.
F3: Print (Print cuvette information):
It is possible to print a list of defective cuvettes.
(Cuvettes are considered defective if they did
not pass photocal).
1. In the [Cuv. Status] screen press function key F3 (print). A window to start printing is
displayed.
2. Select “OK.” Printing begins.
F5: Check Start (Check cuvette status after the photocal):
Refer to the Maintenance Chapter, “Perform a photocal” for procedures.
F6: Save History:
Used to save and store the latest data after a cuvette check. After storing the data, the operator
can confirm cuvette check results in the [Photocal Monitor]. Save the photocal in the following
circumstances:
When installing the instrument •
When replacing the lamp •
When replacing cuvettes •
1. Press function key F6 (save history) and select “Yes.”
F8: Save Reference:
Used to save the most recent data, after performing a cuvette check, as reference data.
