Use this screen to connect to remote technical support provided by Beckman Coulter Technical

Services.

Press F5 Connect to start or stop Remote Maintenance:

If the message in this box says

"Running Remote Maintenance," then this gives OAI personnel access to connect to the PC via

the modem. If the message says "Paused Remote Maintenance," then remote maintenance is

paused.

Output: The "Printer" option prints a data list to the printer. The "File" option saves a data file

to a file and does not print.

Use this software screen to:
Using the modem:

1.  Select [Maintenance], [Data Operation], [Modem].
2.  Press function key F5 (connect).  Select "Yes" at the prompt.
3.  To "output" maintenance data to a printer, select "printer."  To output maintenance data to

a file, select "file."

4. When you are ready to disconnect, select function key F6 (stop).
