Prime the ISE:
The operator can drain or add liquid from/to the ISE tubing. The following procedures can be
performed in this state:
Electrode replacement •
P tube exchange prime •
All (total) prime •
Buffer prime •
MID standard/Reference prime •
Prime (bypass) •
1. Select [System Status], [ISE Status].
2. From the “Result Cal,” “Slope Chart” or “Selectivity Check Results” tab, press function
key F6 (prime). A window to select a prime operation item is displayed.
3. Using your mouse, select from the following primes to be performed:
A/Replace Electrode •
B/P Tube Exchange Prime •
C/Total (All) Prime •
D/Buffer Prime •
E/Mid/Ref Prime •
F/Prime Bypass •
4. Press the STAT ROTATION/DIAG Button. The prime operation starts.
