Control Name: Enter the name of the control.
Use this software screen to:
View QC specific parameters:
Control test parameters used in the preset mode will display in the QC Specific screen if the
"QC mode” is set to "preset" in [Parameters], [QC Control], [QC Common].
Control test parameters used in the cumulative value mode will display in the QC Specific screen
if the “QC mode” is set to "cumulative" in [Parameters], [QC Control], [QC Common].
Set QC specific parameters:
Set the control test parameters to be used in the preset mode. For each analysis test, a maximum
of 6 levels of control test parameters can be set.
1. Select [Parameters], [QC Control], [QC Specific].
2. Press function key F4 (set).
3. For each control level, set the control number, multi/single rule, mean, SD, range, and
control name.
4. Press function key F2 (exit).
The parameters set in this process will be saved.
Change QC ranges:
For procedures, refer to "Changing QC Ranges" located in the Basic Operations Chapter.
Display stack values of QC samples:
This system maintains the quality control data used to check all the “Multi-rule check levels”
that were set.
1. Select [Parameters], [QC Control], [QC Specific].
2. Select the "cumulative" tab.
3. Press function key F5 (QC stack review).
The stored list of individual values for quality
control samples will be displayed by control sample.
4. Press the "Close" button to exit this window.

Tip
When QC is edited using the [QC Monitor], [Data Edit] screen, the edits are not reflected in the
cumulative value. When the edited data are within the same index, the edited contents must be reflected
in the cumulative value.
