Description:
Use this screen to track replacement and supply periods of consumables. This list makes it easy
for maintenance personnel to schedule consumable purchasing and to observe maintenance
periods. When a part achieves its projected life expectancy, the background screen color for
that part changes to red. This color change does not indicate that the part must be replaced. To
determine when to replace the part, consult the specific part guidelines.
No.:
Provides a number for the part listed.
Part:
Displays the name of the consumable.
Changed:
Displays the date and time the consumable was changed.
Used:
Shows the consumption rate in days, weeks, months, or years. The average life span of
each consumable is also displayed.
Part No.:
Displays the part number of the consumable to be edited. Use the </> buttons to
select a different part number.
Part Name:
Type a part name using 20 characters or less.
Unit:
Used to set the method for calculating the consumption and average live of the
consumable. Select days, weeks, months, or years from the pull-down menu. Use the field that
follows the unit field to add the life expectancy.
