4. To check the reagent volume of R2, press function key F5 (R2). The quantity of the
reagent assigned to R2 displays. The analyzer consumption quantity is calculated
as follows: R1 reagent consumption = (Number of tests) x (R1 dispense quantity of
individual test para remaining dispense quantity) R2 reagent consumption =
(Number of tests) x (R2 dispense quantity of individual test para remaining
dispense quantity)
5. Press function key F2 (exit).
6. Press function key F6 (test total).
The number of tests analyzed within the selected index
date and time will display.
7. Press function key F2 (exit).
8. Press function key F7 (shot total).
The cumulative number of tests for each reagent
displays. This includes repeat-run tests.
9. To print reagent consumption information, select the screen you want to print from and
press function key F3 (print). Select "OK" at the prompt.
10. Press function key F2 (exit) twice.
Save [Reagent Consumption] data to floppy:
1. Initialize the floppy disk as a parameter disk: Select [Maintenance], [Data Operation],
[FD Data Management], FD Initialize tab, "Initialize Parameter FD," Press F5 Start
Initialize.
2. Select [Auxiliary], [Reagent Consumption]: Set the index range to save.
Press F4 File. (Nothing appears to occur. The data is immediately saved into the hard
drive in the correct format for a floppy.) This saves serum, urine, and other, even though
serum is displayed.
3. Press F6 Test Total to obtain individual ISE tests.
Press F4 File. "Searching wait awhile" appears.
4. Select [Maintenance], [Maker Maintenance], [File Management]:
Select "Save files to FD." Highlight "Reagent Consumption." Press F5 Execute.

The file can be opened as an Excel file, and emailed as an attachment.
