SECURITY AND LOCKS
D O O R L O C K S W IT C H IN S P E C T IO N
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the driver’s side front door trim. (Refer to
09 -1 7 FRONT DOOR TRIM
REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
3. Check for continuity between the door lock switch
terminals by using an ohmmeter.

4. If not as specified, replace the door lock switch.
DOOR LOCK TIMER UNIT 1 REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
3. Install in the reverse order of removal.
