CONTROL SYSTEM
AIR INTAKE ACTUATOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
3. Install in the reverse order of removal.

AIR INTAKE ACTUATOR INSPECTION
1. Remove the air intake actuator.
2. Connect battery positive voltage to terminal B and
ground to terminal D or H of the air intake
actuator.
3. Verify that the air intake actuator operates as
shown below.

4. If not as specified, replace the air intake actuator.
