Interactive Mailbox
Lets the Automated Attendant act as an order taker or a poll taker. The Automated Attendant
either asks a question or requests information froma caller; then theVoice Mail records the
caller’s response. If desired, you can have the Automated Attendant play back responses to
callers, so that they can review what they said and change it, if necessary.
The System Administrator records the questions that the Automated Attendant should ask.
The NT Voice Mail stores the responses in a mailbox. The System Administrator then calls
that mailbox to listen to the responses.

some point in the day, someone in the company must call the Message Center Mailbox and for-
ward each message to the mailbox of the message recipient.
