Select Mailbox Number Dialog Box

You will display a Select Mailbox Number dialog box, similar to the one shown below. This dia-
log box will appear on your screen on top of the NUMERICAL MAILBOX LIST (shown on the
previous page).

To use the Select Mailbox Number dialog box:

1.

Enter the mailbox number(s) that you want to see in the box.
You can enter one mailbox number or a group of mailbox numbers where adjacent numbers are
separated by commas--such as 103, 106, 109, 110--or a range of mailbox numbers where the
starting number is separated from the ending number by a hyphen as shown in the dialog box
above.

2.

Click the

button to save your selections.
