Fax Distribution Report (cont’d)
On the Fax Distribution Report dialog box:
1.
In the Starting Fax Distribution box:
Enter the number of the first Fax distribution list you want to display on the report.

In the Ending Fax Distribution box:
Enter the number of the last distribution list you want to display on the report.
3.
Click the
button to display the report.
The Fax Distribution report shows a document number, tenant number, and document type for each
Fax distribution list. The FAX number and name of each person intended to receive the document
are also associated with each Fax distribution list. In addition, the report specifies how many of the
16 available Fax distribution lists are empty (undefined).
Fax Ports Report
However, if you selected Fax Ports in step 2, you would see the Fax Ports Report dialog box.
On the Fax Ports Report dialog box:
1.
In the Starting Fax Port box:
Enter the number of the first Fax port whose options you would like to see listed on the report.

In the Ending Fax Port box:
Enter the number of the last Fax port whose options you would like to see listed on the report.
3.
Click the
button to display a report about the following options for each fax
port in your Voice Mail system:

Notes:
Doc is currently the only document type displayed, and “1” is the
default tenant number.
In Service
The value for this option specifies whether the fax port is in service.
Allow FAX
callouts
The value for this option specifies whether the Voice Mail will be able
to use the fax port for FAX Mail or FAX-On-Demand callouts.
Tenant
The value for this option is the number of the tenant providing access
to the fax port.
Extension
The value for this option is the phone system extension physically
connected to the Fax port. This extension will be used to send the FAX
document.

Notes:
A FAX Mail callout delivers a FAX message from a FAX Delivery
Mailbox to its associated FAX machine. The exact number of Fax ports
in your Voice Mail depends on how many ports are provided by each
FAX card installed in your system. There are currently 2 ports per card.
