Wait Protocol Digit (seconds) (cont’d)
After Last
The After Last value sets the maximum time interval in seconds that the Voice Mail will wait
for the Hang Up string, after it receives the last digit of a call’s protocol string. If the Voice
Mail does not receive the Hang Up string within the specified wait time, the Voice Mail will
handle the call by using the Answering Schedule Table assigned to the call’s port. The tele-
phone system that is installed will determine the duration of the wait time. The default value
should work for most telephone systems.
Timers (1 = 10 msec)
The Timers (1 = 10 msec) option includes Flash Timer and Hang Up Timer. For these timers, the
value “1” represents 10 milliseconds.

The Flash Timer value sets the length of a Flash.
