Testing/Clearing Ports Immediately

Chapter 3: Programming
If any Voice Mail port failed the self test, perform these steps:
1.
Check that the lines are still connected to the Voice Mail ports.
2.
Click the “X” in the upper right corner of the Port Activity window.
3.
Click Tools on the menu bar.
4.
From the Tools menu, select Immediate Clear All Ports Failure.
You will display a dialog box confirming that all ports have been cleared.
5.
Click the
button on the dialog box.
6.
Perform the Immediate All Ports Self Test again (see the instructions on the previous page).
When the test is complete and every Voice Mail port in your system
shows the On Hook state:
Click the “X” in the upper right corner of the Port Activity window. Then you will return to the
Voice Mail Main window.
