Call Queuing (cont’d)
Block Auto Attendant
If enabled, this option prevents a Subscriber extension from receiving transfers from the Auto-
mated Attendant. The transferred caller immediately hears,
Extension xxx is unavailable.
To leave a message, press 1.
For other options, press 2.
If, however, you assign a Next Call Routing Mailbox (see above) to the Subscriber Mailbox,
the Voice Mail reroutes the caller using the Key 0 Action in the Next Call Routing Mailbox's
Dial Action Table.
— If the number of idle ports is less than the number pro-
grammed in the System Option, No. of idle ports for Call
Queuing. If the minimum number of ports is not available
when the caller presses 2 to queue, the Voice Mail activates
Call Waiting if it is programmed and turned on at the exten-
sion. If Call Waiting is not programmed and turned on, the
Voice Mail treats the screened transfer as it normally would
by saying: Extension XXX (or name) is busy. To leave a
message, press 1. For other options, press 2.

trators Menu.
Availability:
All versions of the NT Voice Mail.
Default:
Disabled. The option is disabled as indicated by no check mark (
) in
the radio box.
Entries:
Clicking in the radio box toggles between de-selecting (no check
mark,
) and selecting the option (has a check mark,
).

To create the Call Routing Mailbox that should be used as the Next
Call Routing Mailbox, see page 187. Make sure to assign a Dial
Action Table to the Call Routing Mailbox. To assign a Next Call
Routing Mailbox to a Subscriber Mailbox, see page 267. For a
