General Properties Page

The following options are on the General Properties Page and can be programmed for the Future 
Delivery Mailbox

Options

Programmable 

Options

 include Mailbox Type, Security Code, Name, Department,  Directory 

List and Number of Messages.

Mailbox Type 

This option allows you to assign a mailbox type.

 

Security Code

This option allows you to assign a password to the Future Delivery Mailbox.  A user must enter 
this security code to log onto the Future Delivery Mailbox. 

Name 

This option allows you to assign a name to the Future Delivery Mailbox.  The name appears on 
system reports.

Availability:

All versions of the NT Voice Mail.

Default:

Depends on the phone system that is installed.
