You can also use the Reports feature to view and print a report based on each of the following Voice

Auto Attendant Report
To view and print an Auto Attendant report by port or trunk:
1.
Select Auto Attendant on the Reports menu.
2.
On the Auto Attendant drop-down menu:
Select Port to display an Auto Attendant report by port, OR
select Trunk to display an Auto Attendant report by trunk.
Auto Attendant Port Report
If you selected Port in step 2 above, you would see the Auto Attendant Port Report dialog
box.
