Chapter 5: Maintenance

Running the VMServer Program

To run the VMServer program:

1.

Click the

button. Select Settings and Control Panel.

2.

Double-click the Services icon.

3.

On the Services window:
Scroll down the list, select VMService, and click the Start button.
The Status for VMService should change to Started.

4.

Close the Services and Control Panel windows.

5.

Double-click the VoiceSupport NT Configuration Program icon on the desktop.

6.

On the Voice Mail Service Location window:
Click the + box near the WORKGROUP icon.
Click the + box near the VOICESUPPORT icon.
Click the c-drive icon.

Click the

button.

You will see the Voice Mail Main window.
